While eating suyu (boiled pork), the noodles of jang kalguksu (soy sauce knife-cut noodles) that bubble and boil are hand-cut kalguksu that the owner kneads fresh daily. Because of this, the noodles have great texture and are generously filled with clams, delivering an excellent umami taste.
