A long-established naengmyeon specialty restaurant in Panam-dong with a rich history. Like many naengmyeon restaurants, it serves myeonsoo (noodle broth) instead of water, which soothes the stomach before eating cold naengmyeon. The basic side dish is pickled radish, which has a refreshing sourness that pairs perfectly with naengmyeon. Panam Myeonok uses Pyeongyang-style naengmyeon made with domestic Bongpyeong buckwheat flour and chicken. It features a rich and mild chicken broth topped with shredded chicken, and the seasoning is quite salty, making it more flavorful than typical Pyeongyang naengmyeon.
